On A&M's last possession, when they fumbled, bumbled, and eventually kicked the ball into the stands as time expired, didn't you think, at least just for a second, that looked like something we would have done, historically speaking?

Maybe. I'm sure that Lamont emphasized not to foul. Of course it does not mean they would have executed his instructions.

WE get a lot of weird fouls in general. Davis especially gets called often for fouling from behind on the most ticky tack reach-in. Wright, CMB, and Mack also are guilty of fouling when they appear to not put effort into moving feet and use hip or body to try and slow the drive. WE struggle defending slashers. Too many fouls and not enough drawn fouls. WE need to learn from what other teams do to us to draw fouls. Then make the damn foul shots. LAst nights game revealed a very basic fundamental we dont always have- make foul shots. At one point A & em were 19-22 and we were 6 -12. we missed 4 free throws one which was the front end of a one & one. no excuse for the game being that close.

When we start getting reaching fouls because we are not moving our feet, fatigue is usually the issue. Definitely need Stute back in the rotation.
Foul shooting is a must need for improvement - it's called free throw for a reason and who doesn't want to take advantage of ''free''.

With the phantom fouls they had called earlier, it would not have mattered if the refs wanted to call one. They would have.
