It's simple to explain the game. It was obvious right from the get-go that, for some inexplicable reason, we did not want the game nearly as badly as they did. The evidence? Missed tackles. A bucketload of them. I quit counting how many, especially in the first half, but it continued throughout the game. When you see that, it's a clear tip-off that your team is, if not flat, at least not heavily invested in the game. They wanted it more than we did. I know, it's hard to figure out, what with all that we had at stake, but we just simply didn't have the urgency they had.
