In all these threads patting AK on the back for what he was able to hold together this year, people keep referencing how good his team will be next year.
For such a "proud" institution, can he possibly retain his job after another losing SEC season with such an embarassing trial upcoming? Are you serious? I thought he had been given a pass just to finish out the season.
Is there some information out there leading us to believe that the charges will be dropped or he has some kind of plausable defense?
If this were Stans, and he had just won the SEC outright ranked in the top 10, we'd still be on here asking who Byrne were going to hire to replace him this offseason.
Where is the rebel indignation we saw over O? At least his embarassment was not a trial. It isn't as if AK is a model citizen at home (according to Oxford residents who choose to "go get a bite to eat" at midnight and have a hankering for pretzels and peanuts.)
Reb fans should stand up and demand he be fired if the trial confirms even half of what is reported to have occured, regardless of the "verdict."
