Ok, since the current starters on offense pretty much suck all around....

Do any recruits from this year or last yearhave a shot tostart or playnext year and make us better? Joe Morrow may be the best all around WR we'vebrought in at MSU in a long time and might push forBerry's spot, who has been nonexistent this year. And if not him, I would guess Robert Johnson would also push for that spot.Dak Prescott can't be any worse than Relf, and his size and speed fit our offense well. If he's a good enough passer, he might could be named backup next year.I would guess maybe Damien Robinson and definitely Blaine Clausell have shots at OT next year, and maybe Nick Griffin gets some PT at RB next year. I think there are young guys that can contribute on offense next year.Any thoughts?</p>

Those are the kind of players the LSU and Bama's of the world get, when we seem to have a bunch of 5'9"-5'11" 185 pounders for our skill positions. Yeah they might be fast or quick but they go down if the wind shifts direction. If they are on the roster now and are not playing, then I wouldn't put much hope into them being the answer.

I'm really hoping some of our OL recruits from this last class pan out to be some mean mother 17ers (Day, Muniz, Robinson, Clausell). The most glaring thing I see on this team is a lack of toughness and attitude. Say what you want about Sherrill but his teams in the late 90s would tear your head off. Clark's comment to Mullen last night after the first pick says it all. At some point the players have to realize that this is a contact sport and usually the tougher team (mentally and physically) wins.
