Threw roughly 15 pitches last night. I'm assuming he's good to throw again this weekend, but maybe not till Sunday?
Okay, so what's the story with Wahl?

My OM friends are not a fan of him pitching on Sunday because their series with LSU starts on Thursday. I suppose they could pitch him on Friday or Saturday of next weeekend, though. Also you have to wonder what Wahl wants to do regarding his arm - afterall he'll be a millionaire in about a month.
I don't see them pitching him Sunday. I would be shocked if he didn't pitch game 1 today. Bianco is not one to protect a pitcher's arm, and they said they would "see how he felt today" and then make a decision. How many SEC Aces are going to say "well coach, I don't think I can take the ball against my rival today after striking out the side last night"? None. And Wahl won't either.

Either way,it is an advantage for us, because he was on top of his game in that first inning yesterday. He couldn't possibly look much better after sitting a day or 2. I think we ought to small ball him to death if he pitches today. Make him field several bunts and try to scratch out as many runs as possible before he leaves...because he will not be able to pitch more than 5 or 6. Or at least he shouldn't, but Bianco gonna Bianco
Yep. I was wrong on that one. I still think we are in good shape with Lindgren facing Wahl, with Wahl out of his routine.
