Their special teams just won them the game today. Punt return for a touchdown, two made field goals in 20 degree weather, a fake FG for a touchdown, and downed two punts at the one yard line.

If we had at least a half decent special teams we could've pulled out a couple more wins this season. Who knows. A blocked punt can turn around a game quick. Example egg bowl. Also a punt return for more than 5 yards wouldn't hurt. Lewis is terrible at that ****. Just hit the damn hole dude. We know you are shifty you don't have to show us every damn yard.

If Mullen doesn't hire a coach for ST I will be deeply saddened. He just doesn't have time for it. He spends all week preparing for the game and coaching the offense cause keonning sucks. Well just kidding I don't know what keonning does in practice.

But special teams can win games.. And Mullen knows this. I don't know if he just doesn't trust anyone or what. But he has to manage a college football team. Hire a ST coach.. Hell he could even help recruit who knows

I've said it before and I'll say it again: if Mullen does not fix his staffing issues (namely ST coach and a new OC) we will finish 6-6 at best.

Agreed. Good special teams play will win a minimum of 2 games per year on avg

This has got to be priority #1 on our off-season laundry list.
