Ole miss was overrated. They have yet to win a weekend series against a ranked SEC team. In fact, we have and have more wins over ranked SEC teams than they do.

based on my numbers I say no.

State outscored USM 18 to 6 in two games where Ole Miss outscored them 17 to 14 in two games. All four games combine USM has scored 20 runs but allowing 35 runs. Could have been worse if Ole Miss had done their part in playing defense.

Honestly, I think all 3 are pretty close. But if I’m taking them, it’s Mississippi, State & then Southern. Probably all 3 make the tournament, but none host or win a regional.
