ESPNU just showed "2012 Media-Projected Finish" for the SEC Championship. It looked like this :

Bama 65
Arkansas 4
Auburn 2
Texas A&M 0
MSU 0
Ole Miss 1

They should fire the tard that voted for OM. Surely it was an LSU media guy making a joke about their rival***

Could be yancy could be Lsu reporter or could be a MSU reporter or could be any reporter bc ole miss just isn't very much liked around the south. Spurrer sure didn't shy away from taking a jab at the bears. I take it as a joke and anyone who does take that vote serious needs help. My guess is whoever gave them last yrs vote is the same guy that voted them this yr

Can't remember if it's Yancy, the sportswriter from Clarksdale that used to get mentioned from time to time, Glen Waddle, or someone else.

kind of stupid, but hey, it's ole miss.

He used to always vote Duke #25 in his preseason vote so they'd get listed in the other teams that received votes. After a while USA Today told him to knock it off and quit making a joke of the poll, so he did. There were close to 300 votes in the SEC media poll this year. Can you imaging how low on the sportswriter totem pole some of those guys must be.
