Most points scored by a OM team in an Egg Bowl and their largest margin of victory over is... They just need one more TD.

Dad was telling me today about a game back in his day that was 42-0 Rebels at half time - in Starkville. Said most State fans left at the half and at that time Rebel fans outnumbered Bulldog fans in our own stadium.

Yes, Mississippi State named buildings after the two biggest losers in university history; Shira & Simpleton. Ironically, they are right next to each other. I hope there is enough real estate left to build a shrine to Sly Croom as he will likely surpass Charlie Shira as the biggest loser Mississippi State has ever hired if he survives into the 2009 season! Keep in mind Shira (16-45-2)is the ONLY coach Mississippi State has ever retained after five years with a record this bad. Byrne it is up to you to make sure this rotten Son of ***** is not #2!

Larry I know you are proud!

FIRE CROOM NOW!!!

21-38 Overall (.356%)
10-30 SEC (.250%)
