but, per KV's blog, this is the first I've ever heard that the NCAA was wanting phone records and rental documentation. I've always heard bank records and tax returns but now it appears they just keep expanding the inquiry. Looks to me that the NCAA will just keep "moving the goalposts" so to speak until the Sidneys just give up or sue. And in addition to the phone records, per Jackson, they want the source of every deposit made. Now, goodness gracious, I know personally I couldn't provide that type of info to someone from something 3 years ago if I had to. Bank records of course show deposits but of course don't show the source unless its some sort of wire transfer. Its obvious this thing will never end because as long as there are no violations being shown in the documentation received, the NCAA will just keep asking for another layer of information until they get the Sidneys on something.

I hope it doesn't hurt our team to have spent so much time with a powerful player that may well depart the university soon. I thought it was okay uintil KV's blog yesterday, but now I think the situation has to be finalized somehow. On the surface, it feels like we are not being treated fairly by the NCAA, but I know that I don't have all the info to know what's really behind the non-decision decision.

we're getting screwed......nothing new....it sucks and so does the NCAA. I've still got my fingers crossed, but am ready to move on without him. We might as well be.

I remember reading something about Stephenson sp?. Seems he was pretty much impossible to get in but I see they certified him on the same day as Wall.
