I am sorry that I require things like actual wins, good play calling, and good play from special teams (that he coaches) before I say I am sold on him.

So far, he is a great cheerleader. (That does not improve his standing with me)

He is working with what he has. He will at some point have to get some playmakers or he won't succeed however.
