One issue with firing Stansbury this year

Next year the cupboard is going to be pretty bare and the following year doesn't look too great either. If we fire Stans it could possibly take 3 years to determine if we have hired an effective replacement.

I'm not arguing against getting rid of Stansbury, it is just a bit unsettling how long we will have to give a replacement to show his effectiveness.

maybe if we hire a coach that knows how to actually coach, these next few years may not be as bad as we think. If we get a guy that can get the most out of his players. Just a thought, but I definitely see your point
