Baseball is such a technical sport that it isunusual for the majority of young players to come in and compete on the level that we are wanting. As todd has pointed out, we have very few well rounded players. Powers is the only real threat and pitching around one player is easy to do. The team that was and still is here is just not verygood and you can't turn that around because you area good coach. You have to have the horses. I don't see any chance for a top tier SEC caliber team for three years and that is probably best case scenario. Not only do we have to recruit against the rest of the SEC, but you have to deal with pro baseball as well. For all of our sanity, lets prepare ourselves forvery little improvement for awhile.
