Looks like the streak of 18 straight winning seasons is in serious jeopardy. What happened to H-town?

Their best talent graduated and Fedora left the box empty.

There is some decent talent there but they are mostly blaming Ellis Johnson. Maybe that is where the problem is. Austin was what made their offense go along with some decent OL guys.

But hiring Steve Buckley and making him the OC might not have been wise, especially since it appears to be a move to make sure Alford signed with USM. Tucker Peavy from Brookhaven HS is also on the staff and Tucker is a decent coach. I hear they hired some guy off the street as their strength and conditioning coach.

Really hard to pick a spot to lay blame.

Looking at their schedule they could end up at 6-6 but will that be enough to get them to a Bowl Game to get to 7? Out side UAB and Memphis it's going to be hard to win. They could end up 2-10.

The have:
UCF
Marshall
Rice
UAB
SMU
UTEP
Memphis.

What's sad is I read the other day that Tulane has 3 SEC championships, MSU 1. Mullen needs to fix this.
