which obviously usually go hand in hand. I've been watching college baseball all my life so I think I'm pretty qualified when it comes to my expectations. What happens after you qualify for the postseason is anybody's guess - see Fresno State's run and Ole Miss' choke jobs over the years. <div>
</div><div>In Year 4, that may seem like low expectations. But you have to think that Cohen built towards a 1 to 2 year turnaround, due to all the JUCOs he recruited. It's like in his first full recruiting year he went heavy on JUCOs and freshman arms. Second year he went heavy on hitters. Pre-2009 season recruiting and that particular season don't really count to me, that was a drastic change in styles and attitude between Polk and Cohen. So, technically you can say his turnaround worked - he wanted to win big quickly, and he did - we almost got to Omaha in year 2 of the rebuilding process.</div><div>
</div><div>In year 3 we are seeing more talented players come in and replace the upperclassmen. Without the injuries (and even still now), we are better than last year. 2 years ago we'd have gotten beat 15-2, 13-1 and 8-0 in Baton Rouge to start the year. </div><div>Don't listen to the stupid rebels coming on here talking about how they are dumbfounded with Cohen's recruiting and results. It's ludicrous. Of course they are dumbfounded that we have stolen alot of their mojo. </div><div>
