Not much discussion about it. It was beautifully executed (minus the offsides). Very Sean Peyton of Stoops, going for the juggular. That is something Mullen would have done early in his career... could have been a huge turning point in the game, again another break for us.

If they had gotten that onsides, I think we would have lost.
Hell if we had played at UK, we would have lost too...

Well played by UK. Great call at a great time. The guy off-sides wouldn't have been involved in the recovery anyway, so I'm sure he's hearing it today.

He wasn't offsides by much.

It's one of the best onside kicks I've ever seen executed. I think we had a guy calling for a fair catch. Seems like a dumbass thing to do, but if you weren't sure if it hit the ground or not, it's a smart thing to do.

Probably a true statement, of course if we would have played Auburn at home we would have won that game.

Not sure I agree. They struggle offensively. If we played it at UK, you couldn't just assume we'd double our normal penalties like we did in this game. If things went back to average, we'd still win there as well.

Yeah, he waved his arm, but his half-hearted effort already had him out of position. That should be a lap-running mistake.
Of interest, UK actually had 2 guys offsides on the kick, both on the meaningless side. They would've had perfect timing on a normal kick, but the kicker altered his last stride to pop up the onsides.
