There is a very real chance he won’t play for us if any of this is true. Lebby has a past with the Baylor coverup. That will most likely play into this.

I remember back in Nebraska's glory days on of their players pulled a similar stunt. The family of the victim didn't press charges cause they needed money from the assaulter's potential NFL contract to pay for medical care. In this situation, there's likely no potential NFL money coming.
