Politifact has a more thorough story where he is asked what he meant by it. He still suggests that they have informant/whistleblowers who have told them about off site meetinfs and he aaid that matched up with the texts but that was only him connecting dot and it could all be a big deal or nothing at all. So we now know exactly nothing...well except keyser. He knows for sure.
