We used that walking Dawg (eighth one down) back in the 70's/early 80's I believe, and it has ALWAYS been my favorite bulldog. I don't think we should have anything other than letters on our helmets, though. Too much on there starts looking like WAC/SWAC/Arena etc....

the logo Fresno State uses. I like that version but I want us to have your own logo that no one else has.
I don't mind the M State banner. And I actually like the walking Bully.

Even though most people seem to despise it, I kinda like the walking bully, too. Maybe it's because growing up my grandparents had it all over the place, and they were the ones who inspired me to follow State so passionately. But the M-State banner is a little tacky.
As for the MS logo on baseball hats, it's great. But I'm not sure it'd look as good on a helmet. Even so, it's worth a look, cause I'd still take it over the current helmets.

at least a little fearsome. A little cleaning and a little modernizing and it would look 10X better than the proposed logos.
The proposed bulldogs I saw earlier today look likely to get beaten up and have their lunch money taken from them. I was highly disappointed and if I were Byrne, I would ask for the University's money back.

</p> No, not kidding at all. I like that one AND the upright walking bulldog for the same reason alot of other people do. I grew up with those older logos. As for Fresno using it, if we had stopped changing so much stuff through the years, maybe we wouldn't have to come up with so much new stuff. Great discussion though; I enjoy reading everyone's opinions.
