Hopefully it keeps going back and forth. Me thinks Moore has another Int in him

Indiana's D-line don't look much bigger than ours.
They aren't and the stupid idea that it takes all these years to "develop" needs to get thrown out too.

Most of these guys on the Indiana team are 1-2 years in the IU program. Not 4-5 years.

I am sooooo over the ******* coach-lies

1. We work so many hours (no you don't)
2. It takes so long to rebuild (no)
3. It was a mess here (Not compared to IU)

These ******* guys make more excuses than all the ladies that I have tried to have sex with.

D Moore is lost. Not a performance so far that precedes a big announcement about declaring for the NFL. Time will tell.

Hope the players that left the Oregon team in the portal before this game, remember their part in this game.

Rhule is home for dinner every night during the season, guaranteed

One of my good friends lives right by campus. He said that for years you could never even tell if there was a home football game being played that weekend.

I can only imagine how much fun it is now.

Teams that are this good don't come around often. There's not just one thing either, they do everything right. This is what the "coaching matters" folks always meant. Attention to detail, focus, energy, on every single play. Football is a simple game when it comes down to it. Indiana shows how simply doing the right things on every play can lead to massive success.

You are probably right...however I live in a state right above Indiana and they have suffered in football since I have lived here (50+ years). I'd probably be insufferable too if they win it all. Kinda odd to see the numbers of fans they have now all with smiling faces.

As opposed to any other bandwagon fans? How many husker fans went to UNL or are even from Nebraska. I don't know how a university of 25k and state of 2 million gets so many fans. I would rather see IU win 5 straight national titles than ever see OSU, Miami, OU, Alabama, Georgia ever win again. And I love seeing every other fan base meltdown because they think they could have had Cignetti and be winning a national title. I've lived within hearing distance of memorial stadium for 30 years, it is my alma mater, I've gone to years of games with season tickets, I worked with the players and the program in multiple ways and yet I will have people from fricken florida, or south dakota, with no connection to the city or state call me an iowa fan. Most fans are bandwagon, and Nebraska has more than most.

He has his guys…what do you call the 15 transfer players he acquired at the end of last year?
100%, ironclad proof that the concept of being a "developmental" program is dead.

At least until there is a seismic shift in the NIL landscape.

Who are you developing?

Putting in hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of coaching hours and millions in athletic department resources "developing" redshirt freshman and true freshman, 80% of whom will contribute meaningfully elsewhere but not for you?

Bet Cignetti is super grateful to all the coaches who developed these players; the contributors have been there either 1 or 2 seasons.

Oddly enough, Deion Sanders figured this out. He took the same approach.

However, he couldn't put together a staff that could assemble the puzzle pieces like Indiana has.
