Honestly, to me it didn't look all that flagrant. We've all seen much much worse. I will say the guy didn't do himself any favors with the celebration afterwards.

Nah, it's inexcusable. Everyone knows the QB is sliding there 10 times out of 10, and he launches himself helmet first anyway. The intention was to injure the opponent, not to stop the play. The lack of remorse after nearly killing a man on the football field is truly reprehensible.

Agreed. Moore was literally convulsing on the field and this j@cka$$ is doing some BS bird flying taunt, slapping hands with his teammates and laughing it up. He should honestly never be allowed to play college football again. It’s a privilege that comes with responsibility, not a right.

Regardless of how we feel that's never going to happen, any more then him being suspended for a whole season.

Lol, one whole game? At the minimum he should be off the team until the player he murdered, and then taunted and bragged after, can medically return to his. Then the real suspension starts.

Hope Moore can come back and have a strong season.
Does remind players of the risk of football and coming back for another season in college.

With the money they make now it lessons the blow, because he's probably making more then he would as a rookie in the league and he'd certainly be at risk of injury there as well.

Mendoza has a guaranteed 100 million+ as #1 pick.
Good chance Moore would have been #2...he would have had similar guaranteed money vs maybe five million coming back to college.

Difference is probably 100 million.
Hope .moore is ok and gets his bag anyway but all these tv analysts make it seem like slam dunk for guys to come back to school when it actually is a tough call.
