Ha, you beat me to it, and isn't that their 1st? There might not be more than 100 non-black shirts in the stadium (other than PSU fans). Crazy! That being said, no question, our fans have gotten better at it each season.

RU's blackouts are young and a little dinged up with some Scarlet bleeding through. Maybe we should put the Scarlet clad fans in the doghouse to clean things up?

. Probably because as with everything else they give out there will be people that the 20 shirts (like the guy in the first row of section 207 who takes half a case of rally towels every time they have them). And leave none for the rest of the fans. They would have to have the people scanning the tickets give you a shirt immediately as you walk thru the gates.

Yes our blackout was/is solid. But we have been doing it for a decade. OSU has had zero blackout experience and from the aerial view it looked like someone took a sharpie to my TV.
