What you would expect. Julius Caesar being betrayed by Marc Anthony. It’s not too bad it keeps your attention. Unfortunately there are no aliens in it lolWhat is Rome about?
Same here. I thought he was pretty funny and not overly negative. The book tour thread was funny if you dont take it so seriouslyI didn’t realize so many were irritated by him?

Lol it’s goodSo in other words...it's not worth my time?
Kev69 is safe. He’s on vacation from Earth until October. CERN assures me of his return. An Uber from Zeta Reticuli has been arranged. So in other words...it's not worth my time?
So he's still in the Milky Way...good. That means he's still in the neighborhood. [thumb2]Kev69 is safe. He’s on vacation from Earth until October. CERN assures me of his return. An Uber from Zeta Reticuli has been arranged.
I forgot to add this...Kev69 is safe. He’s on vacation from Earth until October. CERN assures me of his return. An Uber from Zeta Reticuli has been arranged.
Figuratively speaking, he’s on a slightly different frequency. Not a physical plane, rather a vibrational one.So he's still in the Milky Way...good. That means he's still in the neighborhood. [thumb2]
You know, there are those that think that "we" are nothing more than part of a computer simulation and the universe is just a computer chip. I think I saw that on "How the Universe Works". I just [laughing]! Seriously? Do these people not watch AA? :chairshot:Figuratively speaking, he’s on a slightly different frequency. Not a physical plane, rather a vibrational one.
He got exported and Clown’d for being a fraud/ fake insider.
Proceeded to make a slew of new accounts (PjVan69, JumboPants etc.., basically all the usernames have some sort of sexual undertone)
I take it the matrix is your favorite movie? You know, there are those that think that "we" are nothing more than part of a computer simulation and the universe is just a computer chip. True Detective Season 1 is a masterpiece. That show was amazing. Very hard to watch it without some beer(s) and a cigarette too. Rust Cohle might be my favorite tv character ever.
Game of Thrones is also up there for me—specifically the middle few seasons.
I think Kev is a good guy. He has controversial opinions, but most of us do—he just puts them out there. I don’t quite understand his hatred for the NBA however.
Speaking of missing posters, what happened to that “coach” character?
What did you think of last Sunday’s episode? I have heard it was disappointing but I have never seen it. People comparing it to the last Jedi which makes me cringe because that’s low!
He's off looking for the answer to the Ultimate Question of Life, the Universe and Everything. Kev, I'll save you some time... the answer is 42. Stay calm and don't panic.
@kev69 was on here yesterday not sure why he didn’t stop by and say hello to his thread. I hope they didn’t find big ***** washed up on shore and he’s now in jail
It was a sopranos reference I’m sure he would have a good laughDang Dude.... A little much...

I think Band of Brothers was one of the best things I’ve ever watched; if anyone hasn’t seen that....
I thought it was great. I can understand some of the frustrations but it was probably the most tense episode of television I’ve ever watched not knowing what was going to happen. The music/score was phenomenal too. Damn that is a low comparison lol!

I caught a little of sharp objects. Any newer Netflix shows you seen that you can recommend? I haven’t decided my next binge watch.
Deadwood and Rome were both canceled prematurely for other subpar projects. Sad!Deadwood was good but it was short because they could only do so much in it. Definitely worth watching. Rome was ok as well, but I think deadwood was better.

I started watching Umbrella Academy. Decent through 2 episodes.

Seen it . Liked it. Thanks you for the help tho. Any others?
Mainly because of the NK not being fleshed out as a character more and not being the biggest villain after so many years combined with who ended him. Kinda like Snoke in that regard.
That’s one I’ve never watched. I’ve never been a war movie/show guy, but from everything I’ve heard that one is worth the exception.
I put The Wire and Sopranos 1/2 on my list. Not really sure who I put 3rd.
Mad Men is way up there. Justified for pure enjoyment (other than season 5). The Americans is really good. I liked Fargo a lot, but probably slightly less than the Americans.
I’m in the middle of Deadwood right now, and it belongs in the conversation. Need to see how GOT finishes up, but it has some of the greatest single episodes of all time.
Agree with everything you said although I haven’t watched Deadwood yet (plan to)
Sopranos is indeed incredible. I highly highly suggest both True Detective Season 1 and The Night Of ( both HBO). Both are incredible. TD May be the best season of television in history.
Edit- Truce Detective is a stand alone series. Every season (8 episodes) is a different sorry/ cast etc.
