I have always had good experiences with William WellsMy guy has retired.
That's built into the rates.Thanks. William Wells seems to be the consensus. Will DS get another TV out of this?
I've used William Wells occasionally and MAY still some. I was using City Alignment (Shannon and Donny father and son) but Donny retired and Shannon went to work at Performance Automotive with Chris and I prefer using them to Wells. What turned me against Wells was about 6 months ago we took my wife's vehicle in for tires and oil change at 7:00 one morning. Before 9:00 they sent my wife an email saying they were finished with the tires and oil change but included a long list of over $1,400 worth of maintenance items they said needed to be done. Change brake fluid, change differential fluid, flush radiator, and on and on. They had barely had time to do the tires and oil change, don't be telling my wife you checked all those items and they needed to be done, especially when several had already been done. It just reeked to me of trying to talk a woman into a bunch of stuff she had no knowledge of whatsoever ofChris Hagler at Performance Automotive is a solid human being and good mechanic. He’s right past William Wells if you are headed east.

I don’t know William Wells and I don’t guess I’ve ever had any bad dealings with him personally, but I have heard of similar stuff from that shop. May just be an overly aggressive employee who gets some kind of bonus/commission based on additional services. The people I know who know William Wells personally seem to like the guy.I've used William Wells occasionally and MAY still some.
