Without some sort of blade that would remove the bodies from the spikes, you would have way too many stuck to the front of the car affecting performance severely. Also, the lamps on top need to be made flush so that zombies dont get hung up on them.

The length of the wheel spikes in relation to the thickness make me think they would break easily as well.

I would go to more a straight plow on the front. If anything you want a blade to slice, but you don't want spikes that could cause you to get stuck in a horde of zombies. Also, the spikes in the wheel could limit your ability to go thru smaller openings. I would also be concerned they would slow you down, or that too much impact could cause them to damage your wheels or axles and you would be dead in the water.

You would only need a6 inch diameter pipe mounted horizontally at about head height. Maybe a small plow to clear the path. Then you'd need steel plate over all the glass areas. Lose all the other spikes and stuff.

Straight plow on a H1 would really be all you need. (Screens over all glass of course)
Would horizontal razor sharp slicers on the plow, kill then push them to the side work?

Not to mention ruining its handling and the extra weight would kill it's MPG. I'd settle for a good "roo bar" like they have in Austria.**
