Is it me or has shipping from Amazon become a dumpster fire? I've had multiple items that were were to be delivered this past Mon/Tues and they've been delayed. Supposedly, they're coming today. I've ordered items before Thanksgiving to be shipped to my office. It clearly said on the order form deliveries at my business should come between 8-5, but they tried delivering after hours and SHOCKER the door was locked. The items were put back on the truck and then lost in a black hole. I've stopped shipping presents to my office because of that - hopefully, I can catch the packages before the kids see them.
You used to be able to count on Amazon having accurate shipping estimates, but now they're just over-promising to get you to order. It's not just a Christmas rush thing either.
They say you can still order stuff today and have it shipped in time for Christmas, but I'm not gambling on that. Have y'all noticed a similar decline in shipping reliability?
