Thanks doubled.....great question- better to be lucky than good sometimes!!! I thought Sky had nailed it early on....I just kept thinking "NBA legend" as you referenced and remembered Pistol Pete being billed as LSU's biggest star since Bob Pettit when he attended there....

Ok there is an interesting segue from the last question which also incorporates Sky's reference to Dominique. Wilkens, Pete Maravich and the legend he followed at LSU, Bob Pettit all had a common bond in the pros....They played for the same NBA franchise...Which one??

I know who it is but can't come up with that great soccer players name. OFC

You'd be talking about Jay Heaps. Great guy. Got to meet him a few time down there. He was a senior when I was a freshmen. Won the Hermann Trophy (soccer Heisman).

Took Jeff McInnis to school in Cameron one day too during an almost miraculous comeback...Loved Jay- he put McInnis in front row when he tried to mess w/him!

Thanks Sky.

Last year, Leceister City won the English Premier League one season after barely escaping relegation. It what was considered one of the greatest long shots of all time.

What were the domestic odds of Leceister City winning the Premier League last season?

I have no idea of what you are asking here. The white flag is waving and I will just wait it out. But to give a shot in the dark I'm going to say 50-1. OFC

Sorry. Was covered quite a bit in the Spring, but the English Champs were a 5,000 to 1 longshot.

Devilz was closest. He's up.

Name 1 of the 2 countries that is tied for the most gold medals in Men's Olympic Soccer. These two nations have both won the event 3 times.

As a side note, Olympic Soccer for men is vastly different than the World Cup. For some reason, they set the age limit at 23 and allow 3 "overage" players. Thus you see 18 different champions in Men's Olympic Soccer, whereas the World Cup has only seen 8 nations win.

I would guess Argentina.

And so you know, that's on purpose. FIFA doesn't want it to be the same as the World Cup. However, they haven't made that change in women's.

Yes, the women's still has the best talent available for the Olympics. Which certainly makes those titles more meaningful.

Argentina won in 2004 and 2008, but those were their only titles.

Not Ireland, US, Spain, or Italy.

They're both in Europe. One of the two nations won their 3rd gold medal in soccer in 1912. They've had a dry spell ever since them. Though they do have some of the best individual players in the world right now.

The other country in question isn't known as a Soccer powerhouse - but they did have a little success in some of the early World Cups. Much of nothing in the last 50 years. They have several world class swimmers.

Wyoming haha nice.

Not Germany or France. One of the countries is home to Olympian Swimmer, Katinka Hosszu.

The other country is the home of former Olympic Stars Eric Liddell and Harold Abrahams.

Wait, is that track exclusive? Kenyans have done it in the steeplechase more than once. Pretty sure the Ethiopians have done it in the 10k. USA has always dominated the hurdles - and the sprints to some extent (Pre-Usain Bolt). I want to say we swept the 200 meters in 2004.

Outside of track, I don't know. China is known for badminton and table tennis. Gymnastics/Swimming, of course, only allow 2 individual athletes per event... Ugh, I don't know. Let's say 25 sweeps.
