Thanks Hart!
With the NFL season rapidly approaching, who are the two teams playing in this year's Hall of Fame game - the first preseason game of the year. As a hint: one of the teams is going to win the Super Bowl this year.

Ok, keeping with the Cowboys. What is the name of the rookie QB that came in for an injured Roger Staubach on Thanksgiving Day 1974 and led the Cowboys to a come from behind win vs the Redskins?

Who hit the game winning shot that eliminated UNC Charlotte and prevented them from facing UNC in the national final in 1977?

This former ACC basketball player is the only one known for having his nickname on the back of his jersey. He played in the early 70s for Lefty at Maryland. Name the player with "H" stitched on back of his jersey...

I do remember Howard White. Never paid must attention to the "H" on his jersey probably because our T.V. screen was a small one. I think it was a 19" er. Hey do you remember Brian Magid? The pre-crazies used to call him Magid the ******. He sure could fire it up. I remember the Duke students during warm ups would go to a spot on the court and Magid would shoot from there and most of the time make it. There was a rumor that the students would lay dollar bills down and Magid would pick them up if he made it. Never saw that and I think it would be against NCAA rules unless he played for unc. Then it would be ok because there are no rules when it concerns unc. Magid ended up transferring after his second year to George Washington. OFC

Magid could lite it up!!! Before a Duke-Md game during the early Bill Foster years (Duke was bad) , A Duke student laid down a buck on the court and dared Magid to nail the shot from about 30-35 ft. He nailed it, stuck it in his shorts!

Notre Dame used to show highlights every Sunday syndicated throughout the country of their football games played on Saturday. It was an hour package of highlights. Who did the play-by-play?

Lindsay Nelson, I watched those highlight 3 times every Sunday.

It came on back to back to back on different stations in High Falls, NC.

That is exactly how I became a Notre Dame FB fan, I fell in love with the highlights and the fight song.

Here's an easy one.

I think it was the late 70's or maybe early 80's, the Cardinals had a mad Hungarian.

What position did the mad Hungarian play and why was he referred to by the nickname.

Al Hrabosky. Pitcher. Had an intimating mustache and would walk off behind the mound between pitches and slap the ball into his glove before returning to the mound. I guess he wanted the batter and everyone else his was mad as in crazy but I thought he was just stupid. He was a good enough pitcher not to need a gimmick but whatever he thought he needed I guess.
