Not Battier or Duhon. Battier would be the leader, however, 8 of his NCAA Tournament victories took place in the 90's. Duhon is tied for second with 14 wins with several other guys.

No one's got it so far. This guy wasn't a superstar in college, but he was a McDonald's All-American - and I think most college basketball enthusiasts at least know who he is by name.
