I got one a couple of months ago and they're great ... pretty much as advertised. I liked it so well that I got another one a couple of weeks ago. They are really great for washing your car, and especially good for putting out liquid herbicides, etc. You don't have the heavy rubber one to pull around.

Drawbacks are that it's only 1/2" instead of the usual 5/8" or even 3/4" that most of us have, plus it has plastic fittings. I think there is a Pro model available now with brass fittings and in a larger size. Much more expensive though.

Positives are the very light weight, storability, and a shut-off valve at the end where you attach a nozzle. Not sure about lifetime, but for $20 it's almost disposable anyway.

I bought one to put on the deck. Got tired of the other hose taking up so much

space and kinking up and laying all over the deck. The pocket hose works as advertised. It takes up very little space and it's the perfect size for washing off the deck and watering the flowers.

Has anyone got more than a week's service out of one without it springing 10,000 leaks?

I got about 3 minutes of service. I hooked it up and turned on the water. I reached to put a sprayer on it and it blowed the end of the hose totally off. I returned it the next day and got my money back with no questions asked. It would have been a great hose if it had worked.

Sadly, since the wifey and I had our first little one last year, nowadays, I only get to use mine once/twice a week/rimshot!
