Looking for recommendations on an app to manage to do lists, keep track of meetings, etc. on iPhone. Don’t mind a one-time fee, but not paying a subscription.

Recommendations would be appreciated.

iPhone already has a Calendar app that you can use for meetings (I use that all the time).

And there's the Notes and Reminders apps for other things.

I use the app ShopShop for to do lists. Not what it’s intended for, but it’s very simple.

I simply use the clock app on my phone. I'll set the alarm on the particular date/time and include a short memo to remind me about why the alarm is going off (e.g., to pay real estate taxes, to pay bills for Mom and Dad, to meet a friend for lunch, etc.).

Book Write GIF

In a tight it doubles as emergency toilet paper. Let’s see another app do that!

We have AnyList integrated with Alexa and when we’re at home we add things to different list by just telling Alexa but we really just use it for household. For meetings/travel/appointments I use the calendar on my iPhone

I use Microsoft launcher on my phone. It changes the background picture daily and has a full suite of features when you swipe right. To do is at the top. Sticky notes below so I can make sure I get everything at Lowes when I make a run.
Lots of other stuff below. Great launcher.

Google keep. Works very well on all devices - unlike Apple that makes you buy their 200% markup closed ecosystem products.

And keep works with Gemini AI. The AI that Apple will use from Google.

#metoo, I only wish you could schedule alarms more than a week out.

I'm 2nd Keep. I had it before Google bought it from whoever actually developed it but they have upgraded it all. It does everything I need it to do like reminders, calendars, appts, grocery list, anything, and it's free

I have an Android phone. (I avoid all Apple products/services whenever possible.) Thus, I have no idea how the Apple clock works, but my clock app permits me to set alarms for items months or years in advance.

Apple will let you set reminders for whenever you want, it’s just separate from the clock app.

For my calendar, I like Outlook and I use iPhone. I don’t really have a whole lot of meetings to schedule, but my wife does and that’s what she uses.
I like to look at a month at a glance, like using a wall calendar, and it’s really good for that.

For to-do lists I like an app called TickTick. It will do a ton of stuff, but that’s where it shines, imo.
