Barstool didn’t own the sportsbook. It was just branding. Since Barstool agreed to not compete, they can’t go create a new sportsbook with someone else. The sportsbooks will become ESPNBet apparently. If portnoy really owns all that Penn Stock, then he will probably advertise ESPNBet regularly.
