As I have gotten older, I cannot eat BBQ like I used to. I go to Dukes and I am lucky to eat one plate full. But that is one of the downsides to getting older. Glad to see a SC eatery get that designation.

I don’t know what the word chop has to do with it but I know Pee Dee as a vinger base with some spiciness to it.

I love to smoke a brisket at home, but like you I can't eat as much as I used to. I usually do a big flat and my wife wraps up into portions for family.
