OT: Beach Rentals in Destin/Fort Walton

I realize that there are plenty of options, but we are looking for only a 4 day rental (2 bedroom) and therein lies the problem. We would like to be on the gulf side and are looking for a place with a pool for the kids. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
We have found a couple of places that might work, Sterling Sands in Destin and Waterscape in Fort Walton. Anyone stayed there that could provide feedback?

Waterscape is probably the best bet. Especially for kids. My parents have a condo there so we mostly stay there unless we are without the kids. Then we stay Bella Riva. Both are great but Waterscape wins when kids come with

Have stayed at Sterling Sands for years - great beach and pool, across the street from The Track for kids, easy walk to Big Kahunas (water park), easy walk to the Back Porch - lots of glass in living room and master bedroom for gulf views - big balconies - the downside, some units are a little dated - booked the best classification you can afford.

Jade East is also a good bet - very kid friendly. We have stayed there several times. Nice condos, not too expensive and near the water park and go-cart track.

Poolside Villas. Outstanding access to the jettiese - walking distance through some sand dunes. Bonus if you get the side of the building facing the gulf.

The building is an older building. Decor in each condo varies according to how well kept it is. Not the nicest building around. But it has a pool in good condition and the location can't be beat IMO.

Snorkeling the jetties is an amazing experience and to be walking distance from the condo is outstanding.

PS - there is also a finger jetty with calm shallow water for the kids.
