Yes- I wanted to post this earlier today.

Damn good obituary, and I seriously hope mine reads like that one day.

"The Devil's Time". Southerners that used words like "veranda" to put on airs.

I think my favorite part was about his irrational fear of his family having a "golf-themed" funeral for him. I about died.

I believe I was at MSU with his daughter Amanda....great girl and obviously I

see where she got it. Sounds like a man I would love to sit and talk with for long periods of time...rocking, sipping etc.


I imagine most of you have seen this already, but I didn't see it posted. This obituary was written by the daughter of a Gulfport man who recently passed. Sounds like a life well lived.
