I’m really thinking of buying one of these. I have a great kamado smoker/grill, and plenty of room to add a new toy out on the back porch. I love to cook breakfast, without making the entire house smell like bacon all day. We also love hibachi-type cooking, making tacos, omelets, etc.. Just seems like a pretty useful piece of equipment. Anybody have any experience, suggestions, pros/cons. Thanks in advance for any info...

Love mine, cook a weeks worth of bacon, eggs, burgers, fish in a half hour. Wife does a killer hibachi.

Add quesadillas to the list. Quick and easy on the blackstone. And don't forget about smashburgers.

Love my blackstone. Very versatile addition to the back patio.

I cook fajitas regularly on mine and they are better than most Mexican restaurants. Highly recommend it. I have been cooking on it more often than my BGE.

I like mine but it seems to be more trouble to keep it clean than my regular grill. How do y’all clean yours, and do you clean both after grilling and then again right before the next time you cook?

I scrape mine after cooking then heat it up until it smokes. I used to clean it all the time but the more I cleaned it the dirtier it gets. Keep solids off and cook the oil down.

Fajitas, stir fry, fried rice, breakfast, and philly cheese steak are all fan favorites on the blackstone.

I have cooked breakfast for 20 people on that sucker!

Thanks, will try that for a while.

Mines been great. It is a little more work to keep clean. Most of the foods I cook have tasted better with it, except burgers. They are not bad just not as tasty as when cooked over a flame.
