Sell. My current 2" vertical couldn't even make the net rustle as I swing my hand below it.

Sell- I just tried Monday night. I can dunk a volleyball with about 5 running steps, but not close with a basketball.
All the high school dbags who have springs for calves were laughing their asses off at my oldness.

Still? How about ever? Sell.

In my prime I could probably get up to the top "loop" in the net and hang.

Sell...

Could probably still get a tennis ball. Maybe a deflated soccer ball...

Sell

Probably can't even touch the rim anymore after a knee surgery and 5 years of laziness.

Sell for me, although I think I recall hearing Dr J can still dunk, so that's kinda awesome.

Buy.

My 2 year old's goal has seen some thunderous dunks over these last couple of months. Oh you mean over 4 ft tall, Sell now, Sell in '94, Sell in 2024. Ain't happening without a trampoline.

Sell: Since I hurt my knee I can't even touch the net, but way back when...

I played above the bottom loops of the net like a baller.

Sell, at my pinnacle (if you could call it that) in HS I could barely dunk with one hand. Never could get up enough for two

Big time sell.

I did surprise myself a couple of months ago by jumping up and grazing the rim, which isn't too bad for a 43 year old. Of course, my knee immediately caught fire and swelled like a pumpkin.

SSSSEEEELLLLLLLL. If I couldn't dunk in the best shape of my life while being 6'1, 235, I definitely can't do it now at 6'1, 255 haha

Turned 40 in August. First cold weather spell in October my left ankle swole up the size of a softball. Swelling went down but still hurts if I step wrong. Not sure if I injured it relaxing in the recliner or arthritis.
