Been on the coast for a few days and we're scooting over to PCB Monday morning for rest of the week. We're definitely going to Captain Anderson's. Anybody have any other suggestions preferably a shade less expensive than CA's. Any cool bars recs for myself and the misses would be appreciated as well. Thanks in advance

It's in Panama City, on the bay. Best place down there for oysters. Just to warn you, the kitchen in this place isdisgusting, and how they pass health inspections is beyond me. They cook their Oyster's Rockefeller in the microwave. The waitresses look like ****. They play their music loud. There is a seedy strip club across the street.<div>
</div><div>The food however, is great. The prices are reasonable too. I highly recommend it. Great for the whole family. You have to wait outside, and I would plan to wait at least an hour to be seated. They have a basic selection of draft beer to enjoy while you wait.</div>

Hunt's Oyster Bar is actually in a little village called St. Andrew's across the bay bridge from Panama City Beach. There are several good restaurats in St. Andrew's. My favorite is Uncle Ernie's with dining on the bay. They have smoked tuna dip that is very good and Grouper Imperial that's first choice. Down the street from Hunt's Oyster Bar is The Captain's Table, more fried seafood than grilled but cheaper and good. The Shrimp Boat is good too and is across the street from Hunt's Oyster Bar and Tan Fannies (seedy strip bar). If you stay on the PCB side of the bridge, then try The Boatyard, good food and a good place to hang out. You can also tryBoondocks on the PCB side. Most of the other junk down on the beach is not worth the money and just standard fried seafood of medium quality. I strongly recommend that you at least try Uncle Ernie's in St. Andrews.

Montego Bay on Thomas Drive used to be good but it has gone downhill. If you like cajun type seafood, then Boondocks is the place to go. Dee's hangout is also REALLY good, but just about everything is fried.</p>

My family has owned a condo there for years now, the short answer is if you don't go to uncle ernies you've wasted your trip. Best seafood, especially crab cakes in Florida as well as the Key Lime pie. Overlooks the bay in St Andrews and has two story porch with a full bar on the second floor. You will leave impressed.
