I don't think it has been talked about here yet, but I'm sure everyone has heard the latest going on with Phil Robertson and crew over his comments in a GQ interview. I live over here in NE LA and I was so glad to hear the latest this morning from the Robertson's. They have said to A&E network that if you suspend Phil, then you suspend ALL of us! Knowing just a little about the family this was something my wife and I were hoping and thinking they might do.
It pisses me me off to hear the liberals spin things so negatively and watch a network like A&E have such a knee jerk ***** *** response to this. How dare them NOT show support for Phil and his family for speaking from the heart! He NEVER said anything disparaging directly or condemning anyone, but rather when asked about the direction of our country he quoted the bible and said that as a country we have gotten away from our morals and have allowed sin of all typed to become the norm. He mentioned homosexuality and elaborated a little about a guys anatomy and a woman's and questioned why a man would want another man when a woman has so much more. It was actually kind of humorous.
But, Phil also talked about how is was not right to be a drunkard, or a thief, or and adulterer, in his comments and said we as a country need to be closer to God. It's sad now that being a Christian and saying what you believe gets you in trouble and Phil reiterated that he is tolerant as a person but he doesn't believe in those choices and lifestyles.
Im I hoping the Robertson's dump A&E network today. I'm sure there are plenty of others waiting to bring them on board. There are many websites out there starting up in support of them and if you get a chance you can contact A&E directly with support.
