I'm going to go with Backwoods Belgian, followed by Indian Summer and Dev-Ale in a tie, depending on what kind of mood I'm in. Otherwise, my favorite beer I've had to this point is St. Bernardus Abt 12. Deliciousness.
I haven't tried Backwoods Belgian, but Indian Summer does nothing for me. You can't taste a single hint of orange in it. It's like a less-stout Deep South.
Overall, it's not bad, but it can't touch some of their other brews.
The only one I've tried and liked is timber beast. Southern Prohibitiln here in Hattiesburg is making some good brews. I'm not sure if they're bottling or making it just for local restaurants around here, or just for keg and barrel. I've been hooked on shock top apple crisp lately. If anything likes beer and apple juice then buy it. It's not some ***** cider, it's a Belgium style beer that tastes of apple juice.
Dev-Ale is really good, just tried it for the first time today. It reminds me a lot of Stone Brewing Co's Arrogant Bastard Ale. TimberBeast is my 2nd favorite. The rest are not exceptional in my opinion.
