New details about the firefight with "black hat". Its on deadspin.com so I have no clue how accurate it is, but its interesting nonetheless. Sounds like some **** out of a Micheal Bay movie.

I heard and saw the guy give this account last night, live on MSNBC. He used his webcam to show us out the window of his house...took it to a window to see the police in the streets...

What time was the guy shot?

I know there was a shootout around 1am. I saw them take a guy into custody around that time and another about 2am. I have not heard who they those suspects were.
