I know this is probably WAAAY off topic, but I was just curious because I'm thinking about going...it seems pretty amazing. And getting a 6Packers opinion is always interesting.
OT: Has anyone been to the men's silent retreat at MANRESA?

I picked him up this past weekend from Manresa as a matter a fact on our way to Jazz Fest. Nothing to worry about if you're not catholic because around a quarter of the people who go each year are Protestant. My father has paintings of Manresa in his office so I've seen how beautiful it is, but seeing it in person is really amazing.
Which is pretty effective if you are trying to buy time for reinforcements,maneuvering for a tactical advantagesor just hoping the other guys would give up. It worked well during the American War of Independence. We can now say 17 you King George and not get hung.
He said to go in the Spring or Fall. Apparently the heat and humidity are rough in the summer.</p>
