Police said on Sept. 7,sometime between 4:30 and 5:15 a.m., he drove his vehicle off the road behind a residence on Hudson Street and proceeded to strip off his clothing. He then attempted to break into residence.<o

The resident woke up and was able to get Ciminio off the property. The man then took off his underwear and continued down Hudson Street. After breaking into anempty house, he jumped out of a window, causing severe injuries.</o<o

Ciminio then approached two women walking down the road, tackling one of them, causing injury and also covering her in his blood. Police said he then began to gnaw ather head and scream like an animal.<o

Both females were able to escape and contact police. When officials arrived, they found Ciminio lying in the road covered in blood and "displaying delusional and confrontational behavior."<o

At one point, he attempted to lunge at a state trooper and was then tazered by another. While being treated, he punched an EMT in the face, causing minor injuries.<o

It was later confirmed that Ciminio was under the influence of bath salts at the time of the incident.
Mr. Walker said in October his client was under the influence of a drug at the time, but it was not bath salts. "(He was a) good kid who got screwed up that night," Mr. Walker said in October.
