Father arrested after allegedly killing man he found with his missing 14-year-old daughter
A father was arrested after he allegedly shot and killed a man who was in a vehicle with the father's missing 14-year-old daughter.
My thoughts exactly. Good luck finding a rural Arkansas jury to convict this guy.The last sentence is all the details you need.
“FOX News reported that Spencer's family had a no-contact order in place for Fosler because he had stalked and raped the 14-year-old over the summer.”
Yep. He just became grand marshal of the Christmas parade. My thoughts exactly. Good luck finding a rural Arkansas jury to convict this guy.

Not guilty because of the “He needed killing” defense. Gutless police should have refused to arrest him.Not Guilty because of temporary insanity. Wish I could be on the jury.
I'm surprised that they did this much. If this was Winston County MS the cops would've thanked the dude.My thoughts exactly. Good luck finding a rural Arkansas jury to convict this guy.
Build a statue in honor of the father is what should be done. He shouldn't even have been arrested. Hopefully the grand jury doesn't even send his case to trial.![]()

There are times where I believe taking the law into your own hands is completely acceptable. If that were my daughter, dude would've been deader than disco for sure. Even if it were in some part of the country that's more pro-criminal.Taking the law into your own hands is unacceptable and I'd be relatively sure he would have had to pay a price for his actions. Once his fellow inmates found out what he is in prison for he would have paid the price X10 (in kind) for his actions.
If someone had done the same to my daughter or granddaughter I probably would have reacted in a similar manner. I would have made him suffer greatly before finally allowing him the pleasure of death.
Life is full of contradictions. We just have to learn to live with them.
Yep something is not adding up. Was the girl willingly hanging around with this Fosler dude? Hard to believe a 14-year old would do that."This guy that preyed upon their daughter was released on bond, and we had stopped him that night and got him with her," said Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley to USA Today.
I don't understand the part after the comma. Is the Sheriff saying the police stopped the man and the girl was with him, but they didn't do anything and then later the dad ended up finding them? Did the girl willingly enter the truck with him? I'm also curious what the six to nine (of course) felonies were that the daughter MAY have witnessed.
No doubt. I went from thinking you can’t just shoot someone like that to ok I get…The last sentence is all the details you need.

If the the law stopped him, he should have been arrested on the no contact order. Somebody dropped the ball. We should not convict this man for picking up the ball."This guy that preyed upon their daughter was released on bond, and we had stopped him that night and got him with her," said Lonoke County Sheriff John Staley to USA Today.

They don't call it 'Bloody Winston' for nothing...I'm surprised that they did this much. If this was Winston County MS the cops would've thanked the dude.
