The Italian Supreme Court has overturned Amanda Knox's acquittal and she's subject to another murder trial in Italy. Presumably she's back in the US now. Hopefully we won't allow extradition.
OT: Italy apparently doesn't have double jeopardy protection

I am very glad that I don't travel overseas anymore. As Rocket pointed out, we lose our constitutional rights when we enter the air space of other countries. Granted a lot of our citizens that get busted either break their laws or just act in a stupid way (hiking in a war zone for example) but be prepared for a big culture shock.
