Takes more than money though. If you're Pete Carroll, you don't need another 2 mil a year. You need shots at super bowl. And getting stuck with GM who wants Jared Goff to succeed is not a good place to start. That team will spin its wheels for a few years trying to coach him up, then they have to draft another qb. Plus no other talent on the roster. It will be a few years of team building before anyone good wants that job.
