I'm really curious how he comes back. If he comes back as Bill Maher-esque liberal I'm all for it. His covid lab leak commentary was one of the first left mouthpieces to break from the lockstep talking points of modern day dems.

He is a very bright guy and funny. He’s done great advocacy work for ongoing health benefits and help for 9/11 first responders and war veterans. Unlike many others who give lip service to these things, he works at it and is involved.
Trever Noah was not half as good as Stewart and frankly I don’t even know if the shoe is still even on.

Stewart is presented to the viewer as a comedian when in fact he’s hired to influence an election.

I'm of the opinion that any non-Trump Republican would beat Biden and any non-Biden Democrat would beat Trump. But since Trump vs. Biden is clearly what the people that put party over country want, it will be interesting to get Stewart's take on things. Yes, he leans left, but I think he'll be fair. We'll see.
