Kind of freaky, but this isn’t anything that everybody needs to get worried about. Thankfully TB isn’t one of those things that is passed as easily as COVID, the flu, etc.

I realize that is why we don't vaccinate. My wondering was more about the cause of the breakout.
my guess? They are going to locate a patient zero who had laryngeal TB. When you get TB in your larynx it becomes VERY contagious. Thankfully that is rare.

Not trying to make this political, but possibly from overcrowded living situations. Maybe came from a country south of US where it is more prevalent? Brazil, Peru and Mexico account for half of all TB cases in the Americas.
That is entirely possible. In fact I'd say it's likely.

I have no doubt that the outbreak occurred within poorer people with poor access to healthcare Who lived in crowded conditions. Also, stating TB is more prevalent in other countries isnt political. It is scientific fact.

Stock up on ivermectin***
The damn bacterial and viral world is always out to get us. Germs are such jerks. We should add them to those coexist bumper stickers that help us all get along a lot better.

You’re underestimating the ability of certain posters to turn their farts suddenly stinking into a political issue.
