Can anyone shed some light on what is happening? I have been notified by my company's HR that my mail from them has been returned to the office. I have not moved, and I have been in Starkville for well over 5 years now, 2 years at my current address. I am not aware of this happening before, although it might explain the delay in me receiving an expected letter from a bank. What is the proper action to take to guarantee my mail arrives to me, and does not get stopped in transit? I only need this address to be valid for a few more months, as I will be moving out at the end of July. A little extra information, my company's headquarters resides outside of MS, so this letter is from an out of town sender.

I process a bunch of mail as a part of my work routine, and it happens from time to time. Customer's who have long-term addresses will suddenly come back marked 'no such address'. Substitute route carriers would be my guess...Too lazy/incompetent to find the address.

Could be a couple things ... maybe the secretary is addressing the envelope wrong. But if it's multiple senders, that's probably not the issue. Call the Starkville Post Master and see what they say.
