I don't even get your Narnia ones, which i think I remember a lot better than Lord of the Rings and the Hobbit.

To be clear though, it's both Narnia and LOTR. There were 4 Pevensie siblings from the spare room with the wardrobe. Edmund is not with them when they first meet Aslan.
The wording is taken from The Fellowship when they reach Galadriel without Gandalf.
Tolkien and Lewis were great friends.
